Universities understand that some students have faced social, economic or educational barriers in their journey to Higher Education. Many universities will consider exam results in this context, giving extra credit to those who have faced such barriers. This session will guide you through all you need to know about “contextual admissions” and Widening Access offers, clarifying the process and busting some myths too! We’ll look at what factors universities use in their policies, and what this could mean for you as an applicant

Information for parents and carers

This session will provide an introduction to all things Higher Education related for parents, carers and supporters of prospective university students. Come along to find out more about what to expect and for the opportunity to ask any general questions you may have!

 

If you can’t attend an event due to classes please note that all content will remain on the site for 30 days, allowing registered delegates the opportunity to revisit on a different day and still be able to access all the presentations and exhibition stands.
