I am delighted to welcome you to the Strathaven Academy Drama department page. Drama is a thriving new subject at Strathaven Academy and is part of the English & Drama Faculty. The lessons that are taught in Drama aim to equip pupils with the confidence, creativity and resilience required for our ever-changing society.
The Drama department aims to create an engaging, productive and positive environment where pupils can develop practical Drama skills as well as core skills for lifelong learning. These skills are transferable to other curricular areas and to life outside school.
