Congratulations to all S3 (New S4) who took part in the Rotary Design Awards for Art and Design pupils on Friday 14 June. The young people worked hard to prepare their design ideas and discussed them with the judges. Rotary member, Mr E Rice and architect, Mr W Cooper took time to critique pupils on their design progress and chose a winner and two runners up.
The prize was awarded to Arwen S. Well done to our very talented winner. The runners up were Aine H and Lara D.
We are grateful to the Strathaven Rotary for supporting this annual event and encouraging our future designers.
