Having the chance to spend time in a real working environment is an extremely valuable opportunity to allow young people to make informed decisions about their career pathways and enhance their applications for college, university or employment.
How can I help?
- Offering an opportunity to a young person at Strathaven Academy to do a work placement for a day, a week or over a longer period of time.
- Offering mock interview experience.
- Giving a career talk to our pupils.
We are looking for people from as many different jobs as possible to provide as much of a variety of opportunities.
